INDS 2436 - Interior Materials (3 Credit Hours)

A study of the selection and application of materiality in the design of the built environment. Introduction to building materials, finishes, systems and technologies with an emphasis on developing an awareness of environmental concerns. Research of resources and communication with various entities involved with the building/design process will be incorporated. Cost and quantity estimating as well as budgeting will be introduced.

Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of "C" and prior or concurrent enrollment in INDS 2430 .
