CHEM 5110G - Environmental Chemistry (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Contact Hours: 3 A survey of the current environmental issues and the underlying chemistry associated with them, including stratospheric chemistry, air pollution, global climate change, toxic organic chemicals, natural water systems, soil chemistry, and energy production. Graduate students will be given extra materials (additional text, primary literature, etc) that they will work with under guidance of the professor that will delve deeper into the course content.
