CRJU 5105 - Homeland Security (3 Credit Hours)

This course provides an overview of homeland security in the context of twenty-first century threats such as terrorism and cyber-terrorism. Students will analyze the political, operational, tactical, and environmental factors considered in the creation and administration of homeland security policy. Particular attention will be given to the coordination of federal, state, and local agencies responsible for the prevention of and response to acts of terrorism.
