COMS 4333 - General Semantics: Language Use, Meaning, Culture (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 1-2 Lab Hours: 12-30 Studies the relationship between symbol use and meaning from traditions of General Semantics (as established by Alfred Korzybski), semiotic, and constructionist thought.
