NTFS 3534 - Human Nutrition (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Contact Hours: 3 The fundamental principles of human nutrition and their application to food selection are discussed. Emphasis is placed upon the recommended dietary allowances and other dietary guidelines which promote health maintenance and disease prevention.
