AMAC 7231 - Ethics for Accountants (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Contact Hours: 3 In this course, you will explore the role and importance of ethics in the accounting profession. You will study the ethical principles, values, codes, and regulations that guide accountants. You will also examine some of the ethical issues and dilemmas that accountants may encounter in their work. Finally, you will develop your ethical reasoning and judgment skills, and learn how to communicate and resolve ethical problems effectively.
