Georgia Southern’s Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design offers two emphasis areas. The Fashion Merchandising emphasis is for students interested in learning about the business side of the fashion industry. The Design emphasis combines rigorous coursework with hands-on practice in apparel design to prepare students with the creative and technical skills necessary to conceive and construct their own collection.

Advisement
Undergraduate Academic Advisement at Georgia Southern is provided to all degree-seeking undergraduate students by professional advisors. Academic Advisors are located on all three Georgia Southern University campuses. Students are required to meet with their assigned Academic Advisor at least once a semester.
