WRIT 3233 - Technical and Professional Editing (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 This course encompasses the ideas of editing as a professional writing skill, with a focus on the role of an editor. Introduces various levels of editing including copyediting, content editing, proofreading, and style. The manipulation of documents, project management, and contemporary production processes are also introduced.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in ENGL 1102 .
