THEA 4335 - Scenic and Production Design (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 This course provides students with an in-depth survey of the theory and practice of scenic and production design. The course relies on textual analysis to create appropriate environments through scenery, introduces students to the aesthetic principles of scenic and production design, develops basic scale model making, computer aided drafting and digital renderings.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in THEA 2300 and THEA 3200 ; or permission of Instructor.
