MGED 3532 - Methods of Teaching Mathematics in the Middle Grades (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2
This course is a study of teaching methods and materials, curriculum and math content, assessment strategies, and trends in middle grade mathematics. A field-based component which requires planning and teaching a mathematics unit in a middle grade classroom is required.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in MGED 3131 and admission to Teacher Education Program.
