MATH 5136G - History of Mathematics (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 A survey of the historical development of mathematics. The emphasis will be on mathematical concepts, problem solving, and pedagogy from a historical perspective. Graduate students will be given an extra assignment determined by the instructor that undergraduates will not be required to do.
