In this course, students will develop advanced proficiency in the professional practice of Public History through readings and experiential learning that will prepare them to present historical knowledge to a public audience. Graduate students will be required to complete additional assignments beyond the scope of the undergraduate requirements that demonstrate a level of mastery of the subject matter appropriate to graduate level work, as determined by the instructor. Topics vary.
