ECON 4550 - Public Choice (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Application of economic theory and methodology to the study of nonmarket (political, governmental and other collective) decision making. Causes and consequences of governmental growth, elections, the behavior of bureaucrats, competition among interest groups, and constitutional economics.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in ECON 3231 .
