CSCI 6103 - Art of Program Design (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Inspired by Donald Knuth’s classic book “The Art of Computer Programming”, the course focuses on designing and implementing efficient programs using appropriate data structures and algorithms. Topics include: recursion, generics, lists, stacks, queues, hash tables, trees, heaps, various sorting algorithms, and time and space complexity analysis.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in CSCI 6101 . Restriction(s): NO Undergraduate Level Students
