CRJU 3345 - Comparative Justice Systems (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 This course examines the institutions of justice in various countries around the world, as well as the variety of international institutions that address questions of justice. The historical development, legal, socio-political, economic, and philosophical factors underlying these institutions are examined, with an emphasis on comparison with the U. S. system of criminal justice.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in CRJU 1100 .
