BIOL 5546 - Plant Ecology (4 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 0,3 Lab Hours: 0,3 Examines fundamental principles and major conceptual issues in plant ecology. Students will learn about the distinctive and often unique ways in which plants interact with the biotic and abiotic components of their environment, and how these factors affect the abundance and distribution of plants.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in BIOL 3131 and BIOL 3133 and BIOL 3134 ; and prior completion of BIOL 2120 or BIOL 3535 . Cross Listing(s): BIOL 5546G .
