Examines alternatives to incarceration and methods of treatment in noninstitutional settings. Focus is on supervising criminal offenders in the community and theories/techniques employed to influence and alter attitudes, values, and behavior.

Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” or better in CRJU 1100.
