MGED 4632 - Seminar in Middle Grades Education (3 Credit Hours) Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 This course is designed as a culminating activity for middle grades students to apply educational theory and research to their classroom practice. Emphasis is placed on analysis of student learning and teaching effectiveness through development of a portfolio that documents and reflects on planning, assessment and instruction in the middle grades classroom.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of “C” in MGED 3232 or MGED 3332 or MGED 3432 or MGED 3532 . Corequisite(s): MGED 5799 .
